My name is Mitchell Meffert and I am a Junior at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. I am in the school of business and am majoring in General Business. Currently, I am seeking a challenging job in the Business industry. I currently own my own website design business, and therefore have a good amount of experience with computer technology while being a professional sole member and communicator of my company.
I have also been actively engaged in the formation of SOWD (The Student Organization for Website Design) for the past year. With a group of others, we have worked together to form a growing organization that has involved organized fundraising, active advertising, a secure environment to learn in, and the professionalism to recruit speakers from other UW campuses. I also recently gave a presentation on Pay Per Click Advertising for my organization, inspiring other members to present their knowledge as well.
Overall, I am a quick learner, enjoy working with computers, and work well with others. However, I also have the independence to work on my own as demonstrated by my business. I have the background knowledge to work with new programs and can share the knowledge I have acquired in the programs I am familiar with. I hope you will sincerely consider me for your position.
